**Retail Store Manager**
The Retail Store Manager is tasked with driving the successful operations of the store, encompassing financial management, payroll oversight, and loss prevention efforts. This role involves assembling and guiding strong associate teams, implementing merchandising plans, and guaranteeing outstanding customer service. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and have at least 3 years of experience in retail management. The position demands flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with a valid driver’s license and the capacity to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
