**Shift Leader**
The Shift Leader is responsible for supervising bakery operations, which encompass baking, packaging, and cash management, while guiding the team to deliver outstanding customer service. This position involves delegating responsibilities, mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards during the shift. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a customer-driven setting and must be at least 18 years of age. Essential skills include effective communication, capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds, and availability to work evenings, late nights, and weekends.
