**Retail Store Manager**
The Retail Store Manager is responsible for guiding the efficient operation of the store, focusing on financial management, payroll oversight, and loss prevention. This role involves developing and managing a team of associates, implementing merchandising plans, and guaranteeing outstanding customer service. Applicants should possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of 3 years in retail management. Flexibility in scheduling for evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary, in addition to holding a valid driver’s license and the capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
