The Business Development Officer plays a crucial role in fostering new commercial and personal deposit relationships while enhancing existing customer connections. This position involves collaborating closely with Commercial Relationship Managers to pinpoint cross-selling prospects and serving as a bank representative at community events. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a business discipline along with 3 to 5 years of experience in the banking or financial sector. Furthermore, candidates must hold Series 6, 63, and Life and Health Insurance licenses.
