Job description
The Retirement Plan Consultant offers impartial advice to both plan sponsors and employees about retirement savings initiatives. They facilitate individual and group sessions aimed at enhancing understanding of plan attributes and aid in increasing plan investments. A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is necessary, though a bachelor’s degree is favored. Candidates should possess the relevant state insurance licenses, and having Series 7 and Series 66 licenses is advantageous.
