Job Summary
The RF Test Technician is responsible for conducting intricate functional and operational assessments of microwave devices and semiconductor assemblies, utilizing specialized laboratory instruments. This role is vital for ensuring that these components meet demanding engineering and military specifications.
Responsibilities
- Execute sophisticated tests on microwave devices and semiconductor components.
- Tune and troubleshoot microwave equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Document testing outcomes and ensure adherence to engineering and military standards.
- Operate laboratory test apparatus effectively and maintain precise records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in RF and microwave module testing.
- Strong ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Experience with laboratory testing equipment essential.
- Capability to work under a microscope and ensure accuracy in testing.
- Must be able to obtain a government security clearance.
