Job Summary
The Rigger 1 position plays a crucial role in supporting various lifting and rigging activities within the organization. As a key member of the team, the individual will be responsible for ensuring that all rigging operations are performed safely and effectively in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of rigging equipment.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained properly and are in good working order.
- Support and collaborate with other team members during lifting and rigging tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct inspections of rigging equipment before and after use.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with rigging equipment and lifting practices.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Previous experience in rigging or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
