Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will provide compassionate, patient-centered care, work collaboratively with other health professionals, and contribute to the overall well-being of patients in various medical settings. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or complications.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and modify patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist in the coordination of patient care services and referrals.
- Participate in staff meetings and training activities to enhance professional development.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- CPR and BLS certification required; additional certifications may be beneficial.
