Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings. RNs are responsible for assessing patients, developing care plans, and ensuring the effective implementation of medical treatments. They serve as key members of the medical team, working alongside physicians and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.

- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as required.

- Participate in continued education and training to remain current in nursing practices.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and protocols.
- Ability to effectively assess and respond to patient needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in specific healthcare settings or specialties may be preferred.
