Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings. The RN is responsible for assessing patient health, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in their condition.
- Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for specific roles.
