Job Summary
The position entails providing expert nursing services while overseeing the health status of residents, adhering to both state and federal guidelines. The role includes supervising the health center team and being actively involved in the processes of patient admissions, discharges, and emergency responses.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care and evaluate the health conditions of residents.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Supervise the health center staff effectively.
- Participate in the admissions and discharge processes of patients.
- Respond to emergencies in accordance with established procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- 2-3 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Hawaii.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
