Job Summary
The Nursing Supervisor provides expert nursing care and oversees the health status of residents, ensuring adherence to both state and federal guidelines. This role involves leading health center personnel and engaging as part of an interdisciplinary team to maintain superior standards of care for residents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide professional nursing services to residents.
- Monitor and assess resident health conditions continuously.
- Supervise and manage health center staff effectively.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize resident care quality.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding nursing practices.
Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Current Registered Nurse (R.N.) license in the State of Hawaii.
- First Aid and CPR certification must be up to date.
