Provide patient-centered nursing care in a specialty outpatient cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation setting, including assessment, triage, treatment, care planning, and follow-up. Educate patients and families, coordinate services with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, document care, and support safe rehabilitation and emergency response. Graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold a current Iowa Registered Nurse license in good standing. Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications, or obtain them within three months of hire; a valid driver’s license is required when driving for work.
