The Emergency Room RN coordinates patient care by performing physical and psychological assessments, collecting patient history, and managing life support needs. They work directly with physicians to implement interventions, administer medications, and provide bedside care in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program and hold a current Registered Nurse license in Iowa. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC, along with the ability to perform essential nursing functions in a clinical setting.
