Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in the planning and provision of compassionate, family-oriented care. This position emphasizes the application of nursing processes and evidence-based methods to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate and family-centered nursing care.
- Utilize nursing processes in conjunction with evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Manage and maintain accurate patient records using Cerner software.
- Perform essential clinical procedures, including mechanical ventilation and the administration of medications.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Florida or Multi-State Enhanced Nursing License.
- Current certifications in BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP are required.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or active enrollment in a BSN program is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of experience in intensive care nursing is necessary.
