The Registered Nurse is responsible for overseeing patient care from the moment of admission until discharge, which involves executing OASIS assessments and crafting tailored care plans. This role includes delivering skilled nursing services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring that documentation meets Medicare and agency standards. Candidates must possess a valid Ohio RN license and a current driver’s license with dependable transportation and auto insurance. While experience in home health and familiarity with OASIS assessments is advantageous, it is not mandatory. CPR or BLS certification is also required.
