Job Summary
The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in delivering patient and family-centered care by adhering to established nursing standards and following physician directives. Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered nursing care in alignment with established protocols.
- Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient unit operations.
- Utilize physician orders to implement and direct nursing practices appropriately.
- Ensure the cost-effective allocation of resources while maintaining care standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in EKG and basic rhythm interpretation.
- Experience in managing post-operative cardiac and vascular patients is essential.
