Job description
**Charge Nurse**
The Charge Nurse is accountable for managing clinical operations and delivering direct nursing care to residents within the Memory Care Village during the overnight hours. Key responsibilities include supervising nursing personnel, monitoring shifts in resident health status, and ensuring adherence to care plans and regulatory standards. Applicants should possess a current and active RN or LPN license in the State of Maine, having completed an accredited nursing program. Strong English language skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting are essential, with prior experience in memory care being an advantageous addition.
