They are responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care and building collaborative relationships with families, physicians, and community leadership. Candidates must hold a valid state nursing license (RN or LPN/LVN) and possess at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems is required, along with strong clinical leadership capabilities.
