Job Summary
The OR Circulator RN plays a crucial role in evaluating, planning, and managing patient care throughout the surgical journey, ensuring safety and achieving the best possible outcomes. This position involves maintaining sterility, supporting the surgical team, and overseeing documentation and equipment during surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assess and develop patient care plans tailored to surgical needs.
- Coordinate and ensure safety protocols throughout the surgical process.
- Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room.
- Assist the surgical team during operative procedures.
- Oversee and manage all documentation and surgical equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of three years of experience.
- At least one year of experience in a hospital operating room setting is required.
- Hold current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Possess an active RN license in Florida.
