Job description
**Job Title: Home Health Nurse (1:1 Care)**
Deliver specialized nursing care directly to clients in their residences, emphasizing individualized support for one patient during each shift. Ensure precise record-keeping through electronic documentation and work in tandem with the clinical support team. Applicants must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana and have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
