Provide critical care nursing to premature and critically ill newborns, including managing ventilators, IV lines, and medication calculations. Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and participate in neonatal resuscitation while documenting care in the EHR. Requires 2 years of Level III/IV NICU experience and an active, unencumbered Minnesota RN license. Must hold active BLS and NRP certifications and provide proof of required vaccinations.
