Job Summary
The RN Resident will engage in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care within the float pool at Providence Portland Medical Center. This role emphasizes utilizing specialized training to ensure the delivery of exceptional health services while supporting the nursing team across a variety of clinical environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic nursing care tailored to the needs of patients.
- Assist the nursing staff in diverse clinical settings.
- Implement specialized training to enhance the quality of health services.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Possession of an Oregon Registered Nurse license by the start date.
- Newly licensed applicants with 12 months or less of nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
