Job Summary
The RN Staff Nurse plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care within the emergency department, working under the supervision of the clinical manager. This position entails a comprehensive approach to patient care, emphasizing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in alignment with established medical standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients in the emergency department.
- Develop and implement tailored care plans based on patient needs.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Possession of a current state RN license.
- AHA BLS certification is necessary.
- One year of registered nursing experience or an equivalent residency program is required.
- Experience in emergency nursing is preferred.
