The staff nurse will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and maintain patient care plans. Additionally, the role involves educating patients and families while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and nursing standards. Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in the state of Pennsylvania and complete the department’s orientation program. Required certifications include CPR, BLS, and ACLS, with additional requirements for NIH Stroke Scale proficiency.
