The RN Supervisor aids the Director in organizing, overseeing, and evaluating departmental functions to guarantee exceptional patient care. This role involves supervising personnel, collaborating with medical teams for coordinated care, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Applicants need to possess a valid Registered Nurse license and a driver’s license, along with a minimum of three years of nursing experience, which includes at least one year in a supervisory capacity. CPR certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
