Job description
**Job Title: Professional Nurse**
The professional nurse delivers care centered on patients and their families by formulating tailored nursing plans and applying evidence-based practices. They work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to provide safe, compassionate, and coordinated care, while also engaging in initiatives to improve overall quality. Applicants must have a relevant diploma or degree from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid Pennsylvania RN license. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is necessary, and a minimum of one year of experience in an acute care setting is highly preferred.
