Job Summary
The Robotic Welder Operator plays a crucial role in the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of robotic welding systems, ensuring the production of high-quality metal components. This position requires a focus on equipment maintenance, inspection of final products, and teamwork with engineering and production departments to enhance operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the setup and operation of robotic welding systems for efficient production.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the welding process.
- Conduct regular maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams for process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding or manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.
- Experience operating robotic welding equipment is essential.
