The robotic welder operator is tasked with configuring and operating welding robots to execute accurate welds on steel items in accordance with technical drawings. This role also includes performing manual welding, inspecting the final products for quality assurance, and maintaining machine tools to enhance production efficiency. Applicants should have a minimum of two years of experience with robotic welding and hold a high school diploma or a welding certification. Competency in interpreting blueprints, utilizing precision measuring tools, and successfully completing a basic MIG welding assessment is essential.
