This role also includes performing manual welding, inspecting the final products for quality assurance, and maintaining machine tools to enhance production efficiency. Applicants should have a minimum of two years of experience with robotic welding and hold a high school diploma or a welding certification. Competency in interpreting blueprints, utilizing precision measuring tools, and successfully completing a basic MIG welding assessment is essential.
