Job description
The Finance Manager will effectively oversee relationships with lenders, obtain necessary approvals, and enhance F&I performance while maintaining compliance with regulations. Additionally, this role involves training the sales team on F&I procedures and managing the contract workflow to guarantee prompt and precise funding. Ideal candidates will possess 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in Finance & Insurance, with a focus on menu-selling and structuring deals. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential, along with a valid driver’s license.
