Job description
The Safety & Security Counsel will act as the chief legal advisor on matters related to AI safety, security, and the enforcement of policies. Key responsibilities encompass overseeing sensitive escalations, providing expert advice on threat intelligence, and assisting engineering teams with data governance and safety tools. Candidates should possess a JD and maintain active membership in a U.S. state bar, alongside 4-8+ years of pertinent legal experience dealing with high-stakes regulatory or enforcement scenarios. A strong command of technical concepts and the capability to convert intricate legal assessments into practical guidance for technical teams is essential.
