The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, guiding pet owners in choosing the right products, and keeping the sales area tidy and well-organized. Additionally, they are tasked with ensuring the well-being and safety of the animals in the store while aiding in daily operations and managing inventory effectively. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for animal care, with prior experience in retail or customer service being advantageous. This position requires the capability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, along with a willingness to work during evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
