**Sales Associate**
The Sales Associate plays a key role in enhancing in-store operations aimed at reaching sales objectives and profit targets, all while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities include upholding visual merchandising standards, adhering to operational guidelines, and implementing loss prevention strategies. Applicants should be a minimum of 16 years old and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position demands physical endurance for various tasks, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on their feet for long durations.
