**Sales Associate**
The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in assisting customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey by addressing online inquiries and phone leads, in addition to enhancing the in-store experience. Key responsibilities include negotiating deals, finalizing transactions, and maintaining customer satisfaction over time through diligent follow-up and coordination with the service department. Applicants should possess at least a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Essential qualifications include strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities, a commitment to reaching sales objectives, and a comfort level with technology.
