**Sales Associate**
The Sales Associate plays a key role in providing outstanding customer service, cultivating customer relationships, and enhancing sales through informed product suggestions and efficient transaction handling. This position also involves upholding presentation standards within the store, overseeing inventory management, and contributing to overall store functions to achieve performance goals. Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction, possess excellent communication abilities, and be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role demands physical endurance for moving throughout the store and the capacity to lift up to 40 lbs.
