Job description
**Sales Director**
The Sales Director will take the initiative to identify and secure significant, intricate BPO and BPaaS contracts within the insurance sector by fostering connections with executive-level decision makers. This role will oversee the complete sales process and work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to create tailored, AI-enhanced transformative service offerings. Applicants should possess more than 10 years of experience in BPO and customer experience sales, showcasing a strong history of successfully closing substantial, complex deals valued over $20 million in total contract value. A thorough understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Annuity (L&A) insurance sectors is essential, along with the capability to connect business value with AI and automation solutions.
