**Sales Lead**
The Sales Lead is responsible for fostering an inviting atmosphere within the store by executing daily operational strategies and inspiring team members to achieve their best performance. Additionally, they deliver outstanding customer service and collaborate with store management to enhance business outcomes. Applicants should possess 1-3 years of experience in retail and should have completed a high school diploma or its equivalent. This position necessitates a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as excellent communication and technological skills.
