**Sales Lead**
The Sales Lead assists management in enhancing store sales, upholding merchandise standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves overseeing associates, managing inventory operations, and mentoring the team to achieve performance targets. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of one year of experience in retail or sales management. The position demands flexibility in scheduling, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as the physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
