**Sales Lead**
In the role of Sales Lead, you will assist management in enhancing store sales, upholding merchandise standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include overseeing associates, managing inventory workflows, and mentoring the team to achieve performance objectives. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent credential, along with a minimum of one year of experience in retail or sales management. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the stamina to stand and walk throughout your shift.
