**Sales Manager**
The Sales Manager is responsible for guiding a dynamic team to achieve sales objectives while fostering a positive customer experience through strong floor leadership. This role includes managing daily store activities, such as overseeing point-of-sale operations, ensuring compliance with inventory standards, and implementing corporate initiatives. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in retail and be capable of performing physical duties, including prolonged standing and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and early mornings in a fast-paced setting is essential.
