Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue and increasing room nights in transient markets. This position involves managing existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities. The manager will also provide essential administrative support to the sales team and coordinate various client requirements to guarantee exceptional guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Generate and enhance revenue alongside increasing room nights in transient markets.
- Manage assigned accounts and pursue potential new business opportunities.
- Support the sales department with administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate client needs and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of office experience in sales, ideally within the hotel sector.
- Possession of an associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical abilities along with excellent communication skills.
