Job Summary
The Sales Operations Compliance Specialist is tasked with ensuring that all sales processes adhere to the established regulations and standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity and compliance of sales operations within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess sales practices to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement compliance training programs for the sales team.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of sales data and processes.
- Provide guidance and support on compliance-related inquiries from sales personnel.
- Prepare compliance reports and present findings to management for further action.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales operations or compliance roles, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
