**Job Title: Sales Specialist**
The Sales Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while also contributing to the smooth running of store operations, merchandising efforts, and inventory management. This position includes mentoring less experienced associates and supporting management with daily store activities. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of one year of retail experience and a genuine enthusiasm for animal care. This role demands the ability to stand for extended periods and to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds in a dynamic retail setting.
