**Job Title: Salesperson**
The Salesperson plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, meeting both individual and store sales targets, as well as executing DIY tasks such as installing batteries and wipers. This position includes overseeing inventory activities, which involves managing truck deliveries, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring the store stays clean and organized. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 3 years of experience in retail sales along with fundamental knowledge of automotive components and parts. The job necessitates the capability to lift up to 100 pounds and to be available for a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
