Grind and sand welded parts to company standards, removing scratches, tool marks, excess weld material, sharp edges, and burrs. Inspect finished parts, maintain equipment and work areas, and assist with material handling while following safety procedures. A high school diploma or GED and one year of related experience or training are required. Candidates must be able to operate grinding and sanding tools, work overtime as needed, stand and bend for extended shifts, lift up to 30 pounds independently, and wear required safety equipment.
