Job Summary
The Scattered Site Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing property management, leasing operations, and maintenance for a diverse portfolio consisting of around 350 units. This position uniquely combines financial oversight with compliance responsibilities to ensure optimal performance and sustainability of the properties under management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage property operations, including leasing and maintenance services.
- Oversee the creation and management of budgets for the property portfolio.
- Supervise and support staff members to foster an efficient working environment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Work towards maintaining high occupancy rates across the properties.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of experience in property management is essential.
- At least one year of experience in affordable housing management is required.
- Prior supervisory experience is necessary to effectively lead a team.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is mandatory.
- Capability to acquire LIHTC certification is essential for the role.
