**Job Title: Lead Scheduler**
The Lead Scheduler is responsible for creating, sustaining, and overseeing intricate project schedules across programs, ensuring consistency with financial, risk, and contractual standards. This role involves facilitating schedule-centric meetings, conducting analyses of delays, and managing the day-to-day activities of other schedulers on the construction project team. Applicants should have at least 15 years of recent experience in scheduling for capital construction projects, accompanied by a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Construction Management. Expertise in Primavera and MS Office is essential, alongside a robust understanding of Earned Value Management and schedule forensics.
