Job description
**Job Title: Scheduling Specialist**
The Scheduling Specialist is responsible for handling incoming calls and arranging patient appointments for various clinic locations, all while delivering outstanding customer service. This role also involves outreach efforts for managing chronic conditions and supporting patients in establishing telehealth connections. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with familiarity in using a practice management system. A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
