The Scheduling Specialist manages incoming calls and schedules patient appointments across all health center clinics. They also conduct outreach for chronic condition management and assist patients with telehealth connection setups. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and experience using a practice management system. At least one year of experience in a medical setting is preferred.
