Job description
The Site Director is responsible for leading interactive experiences that encompass fitness, STEAM, and academic programs, while creating a secure and stimulating environment for children. Additionally, they oversee program operations, including monitoring attendance and ensuring adherence to state regulations and school policies. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma or a comparable qualification; coursework in early childhood education is preferred. Applicants need to have 1 to 3 years of experience working with children in an educational or childcare context and must successfully complete background and fingerprint checks.
