Job description
The Branch Manager will oversee and cultivate a team of caregivers, performing in-home visits and conducting client evaluations to guarantee the provision of exceptional care. This role also involves fostering regional growth through the establishment of relationships with referral partners and overseeing operational performance indicators. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in home care, healthcare operations, or community-focused services, as well as experience in a supervisory role. A current driver’s license and the capacity to travel locally are necessary to fulfill field responsibilities.
