Job description
**Job Title: Behavioral Health Counselor**
Deliver culturally sensitive behavioral health services, encompassing both individual and group counseling, to students throughout the school district. Serve as an advocate and intermediary for students, working closely with teachers, parents, and community stakeholders to foster both academic achievement and personal development. Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree and be enrolled in a master’s program, or possess a master’s or doctorate in a human services discipline. Successful candidates will be required to pass criminal background screenings and must have a valid driver’s license along with the necessary auto insurance coverage.
