Job Summary
The Scrum Master plays a vital role in promoting progress, ensuring predictability, and maintaining high-quality standards within two development teams. This position focuses on facilitating planning processes, eliminating barriers to productivity, and driving ongoing enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Guide two development teams in achieving their goals and facilitate their planning activities.
- Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team productivity.
- Encourage and implement continuous improvement within the teams.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
- Strong coaching and mentoring approach to team development.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, SAFe framework, and the software development lifecycle.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
